Ooh we love Dominos Maynardville. These people are genuinely very hard workers. often Something's are out of their control. Our most recent ordering, delivery and hot pizza was "GREAT".
The scruffy looking dude ("Manager") that has several ear gages w scruffy facial hair is a total douch! The delivery guy was eating a candy bar upon a 2hr late delivery and was rude wouldn't let me finish my sentence b4 pulling off when I explained I was heading to the restaurant (5min from my home) to get the food fresh. I assumed carry out was delivery (my fault on that I supposed) but when I was told 30min when I called back he would bring it (the over sized guy) and never did I requested it to be fresh the MANAGER straight up told me NO HE WOULDN'T MAKE THE FOOD FRESH!! SO WHEN I REQUESTED to speak w management over him, he declined! Finally he agreed to call him we're I spoke w the main man over the situation...no clue what he told him but I requested my money back. We order from this place several times a week and it seems we ALWAYS have this issue w the same scruffy looking dude!! We never have any problems w any on there except THIS FREAKING DUDE!! I don't understand how someone so disrespectful to customers still has a job at this location!!! I have called corporate and awaiting a call back hoping tomorrow. Today is Sunday September 10,217 pizza was ordered around 2pm the "Manager" took the order. I'm very very upset over this I'm not the only one that has complained over this same guy I'm just the only one smart enough to finally say something. My family and friends refuse to order from Maynardville Dominos from now on until this is taken care of.
