It is so nice to have a Food City in Maynardville now. But there is an issue with Ilse being cluttered with this place when there are so many people in the store most of the time or at least at the rush hour times I have been so frustrated that if one person stops in an Ilse you cannot get through it because all the displays on the floor. Secondly I coming in regularly to buy pre-cooked shrimp it is seasoned. All I need is a small cup of cocktail sauce and I consider this a condiment and I have never had problems with that being given to me for my shrimp and now there is a lady back there that is refusing to give a small cup of cocktail sauce with the purchase of shrimp. If need be I know where I can start buying my shrimp at.
A good store. I went through self checkout, but when I did interact with employees it was ok. Store was clean and it wasn't too crowded.
Excellent store with a wide variety of products. Staff I have met have all been extremely friendly and helpful. Meat prices are too high everywhere. They are willing to order items I want that they don't have or which have been deleted by HQ office.
The manager seems to always be available, customer service is great here. It's ok to question a price, they make it right if an item scans incorrectly! Beer and similar beverages ARE Cold! Great produce and meat selection.
Not a big fan of Food City mainly because of their poor selection of products. Can never find someone to help locate something. Prices are higher than average. But when their the only option it's a good place to get a few things.
