Food is cold and the staff is overwhelming lost as you see no management trying to get them in order and help. Instead you see them running a drive-in window with four other people working the same window. While I counted 15 people waiting for service inside. I was told that the drive-in is more important than those inside! It's a hot mess!
Don't waste your time here. My credit card was charged 5 times for 1 meal. They said they couldn't do anything about it. I had to call main office. It was a Saturday duh no one was there. If you go. Bring cash
These guys are hit and miss. Sometimes you get good service, sometimes it's bad. The fries are ALWAYS cold, and you are crazy if you don't check your order at the drive thru window. Also, this is the only McDonald's within a 30 mile radius that is horrible with chicken. Nuggets are fine, but grilling or frying chicken is an art that they cannot handle. Grilled looks like it has slime all over it, and fried looks like it's been in a warming drawer for weeks. My advice, walk inside for your food, don't order chicken, and pray the employees acknowledge your existence within a few minutes. If they don't, their having one of their frequent "off" days and believe me you are better off going anywhere else to eat because it's only going to get worse.

It was not very good. They were slow, the cashier couldn't listen, and it was pretty dirty in the dining room. I was reminded of why I used to not like going to McDonald's.
